By accessing or using Cloud Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cloud Agent provides a cloud-based development environment for building and deploying AI agents. We provide you with access to computing resources, storage, and software tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• You will not upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code and projects you create on Cloud Agent. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cloud Agent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
